“It is rare to find someone who takes care of you just because they care. Mike was that for my dad. I had booked him a hearing test and was prepared to purchase new hearing aides for him as he was having on going problems with the ones he had. Mike programmed the ones he had .... which the previous providers had never done, and my dad was able to hear better than ever. Mike seemed almost as happy as my dad that he was able to do this. We will be forever grateful that there are still people like Mike who take pride in doing a great job because it is their passion and they care. Thank you so much.”
