Justin graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College in Ontario.

Outside of clinic, Justin enjoys playing hockey and driving through the mountains.

Brandy Suderman provides the highest level of quality care possible to her clients.

Brandy takes the necessary time to assess her patient’s needs and find a solution that is right for them.

Outside of clinic, Brandy is either busy with her young daughter or paddle boarding during the summer months on the lake.

Karen has worked in the medical field since 1988. Previously, she was an office manager in another hearing clinic.

Her home for 25 years was an acute care emergency department in Calgary. She worked part-time for many years and then in 1996 she took on the role of unit coordinator which she held until she resigned in 2013.

“Lost my hearing aids and am quite deaf. As I purchased my old ones from Pindrop in the same location that was purchased by Hearing Life I went there. The receptionist Karen was great when I explained my predicament. She said that there was a cancellation the next morning for a hearing test which I took and the Audiologist Brandy did the tests and explained that my hearing hadn't changed much so she recommended the same hearing aids that were two computer chips newer than my nearly 3 year old hearing aids. She sent me the original receipt by email and also the quote for the new ones so I could send them to my insurance company as well as suggesting I join an organization called CARP, its an organization for retired people. It cost $20 to join and I got a 10% discount on my hearing aids which was a great help. There follow up is excellent as well. They have my business and I recommend them.”

“Travelled to Calgary for Grad ceremony. Hearing aids went dead. Forgot my charger, they saved the day by charging enough to hear our Granddaughter speak. Not even a customer, Huge thank you. ”
