Jenny is dedicated to creating the best outcomes for her patients through complete audiological testing, hearing aid dispensing and personalized counselling and patient care. She is very interested in hearing aid technological advancements and how it will help her patients. Jenny is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner through the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta and she is also a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jenny is fluent in both Korean and English.

Kar Koir (KK) Wong joined the HearingLife (formerly known as Pindrop Hearing) team in 2007. He is an Electronic Engineer and Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner who is highly proficient in diagnostic hearing assessments and dispensing of the latest and most advanced hearing devices. KK is a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner with the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta, he is also a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Nicole is a dedicated Client Service Administrator who focuses on fostering strong client relationships and streamlining administrative operations. Nicole is known for combining meticulous attention to detail with empathetic communication for her patients, she ensures every client interaction is handled efficiently and with genuine care.
