Mark Nickel is a registered hearing instrument practitioner of 12 years, with an additional educational background of Computer Science and Business Administration at Simon Fraser University. He is distinguished for his technological skill and outstanding customer service.

Doctor of Audiology, Registered Audiologist & Hearing Instrument Practitioner

Dr. Amir Soltani holds a Doctorate of Audiology and has over 35 years of experience in the hearing health care field.

Amir is well known for his operational and clinical expertise, as well as his desire to help his clients get the most out of their hearing.

Outside the office, Amir enjoys spending time with his family and watching hockey.

Haley Friesen,

Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner (Conditional)

Haley Friesen was born with a hearing loss and is passionate about helping others navigate their own hearing loss in whatever way she can.

While working at our front desk, Haley realized that she would love to become a clinician herself. She graduated from the Hearing Instrument Practitioner program at Douglas College in June of 2025.

Outside of the office, Haley loves to garden and spend time with her friends and family.

Kjersti McElrea

Office Administrator

Kjersti (sounds like Kersti) McElrea has been part of the office administration team since 2013. She loves interacting with the clients as they come through the office, and providing admin support that helps improve the quality of people's lives through better hearing.

Outside the office, she enjoys doing pottery, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering in her church.

Office Administrator

Mekala Levesque brings over 24 years of administrative experience, including 11 years in the hearing Industry as a regional manager and customer service administrator.

Mekala is passionate about helping others and is eager to support our clients with their hearing healthcare needs.

Outside of the office, Mekala enjoys gardening and racing her 1966 Nova at the Raceway!
