“It was so great to meet with Mandy , she is absolutely fabulous, I had hearing aids before and they were not great, so wanted to get a second opinion from Mandy about what she would recommend for me . Honestly I am so happy with meeting with her , she answered all my questions and got me into a new pair of hearing aids and they work fantastic, I’m so much happier and they have made such a difference in my quality of life. The office has such great staff , Angie and Sarah who both were so friendly. Mandy and her staff are exceptional at customer service and make you feel like you’re part of their family . From the moment I first walked in the door to make my initial appointment I was treated so well beginning with Angie the receptionist- I also met Sarah the hearing technician who kindly checked my ears for ear wax - she was knowledgeable and professional and so friendly! When I had my hearing test with Mandy a couple of weeks later I knew right away I had chosen the right place ! Mandy has a warm and friendly persona and is incredibly knowledgeable and patient - answering all my questions clearly!
