HearingLife - Strathroy

Laura Schwegel is our hearing professional helping people hear better at our Strathroy clinic. She was born and raised in Kitchener but fell in love with the London and Strathroy area during her time studying.

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences with a minor in Advanced French as a second language from the University of Ottawa in 2016. It was at that time she discovered her passion for helping people hear better and went on to complete a Master of Clinical Science degree in audiology from Western University in 2020.

Laura completed audiology placements at the H.A. Leeper Speech & Hearing Clinic in London, Ron Joyce Children's Health Centre in Hamilton, and Culford Family Hearing in Collingwood before taking a position with HearingLife in 2021.

Outside of clinic, Laura enjoys biking in the summer and skiing in the winter, as well as curling up with a good book. Laura welcomes you to visit us for a personalized hearing consultation so you can better enjoy your everyday life through better hearing. She looks forward to meeting you and your loved ones, wherever you are on your hearing care journey.
