Lindsay De Souza
Lindsay De Souza worked for a major hearing aid manufacturer for one year as a technical support representative on the the Audiology Support team prior to joining HearingLife in 2013. Lindsay enjoys educating people about the importance of hearing health and working with them to treat their hearing loss in the best way possible. Lindsay graduated with a master's degree in audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2012.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Arpinder (Raj) Sidhu worked with a major hearing aid manufacturer for eight years prior to joining the HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) team in 2011. Raj believes in giving 100% dedication to his clients in every situation to ensure positive results. He is always happy to help those with hearing loss with unwavering commitment.
Raj graduated with Distinction from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program from Conestoga College in 2010. He is a member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP) and is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, in addition to English.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Shahid Rafiq has been working in the hearing industry for over a decade. He began his career at Kuwait University medical school where he was first exposed to hearing healthcare through his work producing and repairing hearing aids for a manufacturer in Canada. It was during this time Shahid recognized his true passion to work directly with people with hearing loss. He went on to complete the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant McEwan University in 2006 and has been serving clients as a Hearing Healthcare Professional ever since. By combining his healthcare and technical experience, Shahid is able to help those with hearing loss in the best possible way.
Shahid holds a Hearing Aid Practitioner diploma from Grant McEwan University and is certified in cerumen management. He is a member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP) and is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic.
Client Service Administrator
Kimberley Kasperski serves clients daily with a professional attitude and bright smile. She is happy to provide clients with accurate and helpful information about our hearing care services. Kimberley is proud to be a part of the HearingLife team serving the community of Brampton and is a champion for the National Campaign for Better Hearing. She will be happy to meet and speak with you and your loved ones at your next visit.
