Argus Audiology - Moncton

Norma Eaton started practicing with Argus Hearing in Saint John in 1991. Together with her husband and business partner, Bill, they ran the Saint John and Fredericton clinics of the family business. In 1993, they purchased the two clinics and in 2013 partnered and acquired the Moncton and Miramichi clinics.

Norma has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of New Brunswick, as well as her Hearing Instrument Specialist designation. Argus Audiology supports many great charities and Norma is currently active with the 100 Women who Care-Greater Moncton. Norma believes the relationships you build with clients, colleagues and family are the most important.

Chantal Arsenault joined Argus Audiology as a bilingual clinical audiologist in 2012. Argus Audiology takes pride in establishing relationships and Chantal looks forward to creating a professional and trusting foundation with you while discussing your hearing needs. In her spare time, Chantal loves to cook, experiment with new recipes and spend quality time with her family.

Chantal obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Allison University and further obtained her Master in Clinical Science degree in audiology from Western University in London, Ontario.

Natalie Savoie joined the Argus Audiology hearing care team as a bilingual clinical audiologist in 2016. Natalie strives to offer complete and evidence-based quality service, customized to meet your needs. Her hobbies include outdoors activities that allow her to take in New Brunswick’s beautiful scenery, as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She also plays the bagpipes, with hearing protection, of course! Originally from Balmoral, Natalie loves that Argus Audiology feels like a second home. Natalie looks forward to assisting you with your hearing needs and welcoming you to the Argus family.

Natalie obtained her master's degree in audiology from Université de Montréal.

Jan Waller joined the Argus Audiology healthcare team as a consultant and hearing aid technician in our Moncton office in 2008. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Jan worked for 8 years in the hearing aid industry in England and became a factory-trained technician proficient in fitting, servicing and programming hearing aids.

Jan’s calm and professional demeanour will leave you feeling totally at ease. Her honesty and sincerity can be felt at every visit. From day one, Jan has felt at home with Argus Audiology, and she takes pride in caring for every staff member and client.
