With special interests in pediatric amplification and adult rehabilitation, Kathleen strives to uphold the highest standard of clinical care and aspires to help empower both adults and children to live a fulfilling life with the hearing they have.

She also holds numerous professional certificates and is a member of multiple accredited professional bodies.
Doctor of Audiology
Sandra graduated with her Audiology Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 and began her career in Houston, Texas. She then practiced as an Audiologist in Maui, Hawaii and joined the team at Professional Audiology clinic in 2018.
Sandra has a close experience with hearing loss as her father was diagnosed with hearing impairment during childhood. Understanding and living with hearing loss was an important part of growing up in her household.
Today, Sandra aspires to help patients and families who are in a similar situation as her father. She strives to provide both pediatric and adult patients with the needed support and empowerment to succeed with their personalized intervention plan.
Rhys enjoys helping individuals achieve their greatest hearing potential and working with them to find a personalized solution for their listening needs.

Rhys has also studied music at the University level. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, attending Edmonton Symphony Orchestra concerts, and playing guitar, golf and tennis.

“Wonderful place. They knew my name three months later. Happy place employees were super friendly. Didn't have to wait more than 10 min. Sure beats the heck out of a big retail store.”
