The receptionist is so super helpful and from the minute you step through those doors, you are welcomed an taken care of, top notch! My husband has a severe hearing loss and we have dealt with audiologists from Manitoba to B.C. I'm super thankful we have found this wonderful place! ❤️❤️
Dealing with an unprofessional attitude and a happy go lucky personality doesn't make hearing loss any better. If you aren't a super happy upbeat person because of how your hearing loss has effected your life, then don't come here at all. Save your money and see someone who has actual empathy for their clients.
I was just in for a hearing test at pg hearing. I was in right at my appointment time. The sound booth was the quietest I have ever been in. The test was very efficient and the audiologist explained my problems very well. It was a very good experience. Thank you. Oh yes, it is very conveniently located if you live west of PG.
Service sucks. Need to book weeks in advance for a 5 minute meeting. They are all about ripping off WCB to bill the crap out of them.
Very nice, professional and honest. I had a very positive experience here and I would highly recommend them for any of your hearing health needs. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Thanks!
