Audiologist and Owner

Bernice A. McKenzie obtained her Doctorate in Audiology in 2006. She was part of the first graduating class of Doctors of Audiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

As a regulated healthcare provider, she is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).

She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Professional Audiology Clinics (OAPAC).

Ridaa Nasir

Audiologist

Ridaa Nasir completed her Masters in Audiology at the University of Western Ontario in London.  

As a regulated health care provider, she is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).

She performs testing for patients of all ages with hearing loss, patients experiencing tinnitus, and vestibular testing for patients with dizziness.

Natalie was born and raised in Timmins, Ontario and has been living in Essex County since 2019.
She has a background in Office administration, long-term care and the service industry.
She is happy to help you in both French and English at our clinic.

Originally from England, Rachel Mclean now calls Essex home.

Rachel Mclean has years of customer service experience as an assistant to audiologists, physicians and CEOs. She has also held her Audiology Assistant certificate since 2017.

Rachel is here to serve the people of Essex and the surrounding area with their audiology appointments and questions!

More than just hearing aids

We are committed to helping children and adults who suffer from hearing loss, tinnitus or dizziness. We are the only Audiology Clinic in Windsor-Essex that performs balance assessments and rehabilitation services for dizzy patients. We are unique as we offer a team of in-house healthcare providers consisting of Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders Assistants and Hearing Instruments Dispensers collaborating to evaluate and treat patients.
