“Michelle's rating should be a 10. I have never experienced anyone who put so much heart into their work to help someone. I came into her office with a problem with my hearing aids and she immediately said "I can fix that". Which she did! And than she went on to tweek other aspects of my hearing I didn't even know existed. I have never experienced such sincere caring for my well being!!!! She adjusted my hearing aids so I can hear much better for my personal situations. She is worth more money!!! Needless to say I came away very happy with my hearing but also a feel good feeling of someone who really cares for their clients!!!!”
