Melissa Martone graduated from Conestoga College with a diploma in pre-health sciences. After this, she completed the hearing instrument specialist program at Conestoga College with distinction.

Melissa strives to provide ongoing counselling and support to her clients for their hearing and communication needs.

Kim Becker is professional and friendly and ensures clients feel at ease at every appointment. She is enthusiastic about helping people each day receive the best hearing care services they need.
