Kim McCarthy comes from a diverse clinical background including years of experience working in a hospital setting, private practice and two major international hearing aid manufacturers.

This experience has resulted in a superior level of knowledge on numerous hearing care topics and specifically amplification.

Recently, Kim was the Senior Trainer for a major Danish hearing aid company who provided product training to the Canadian division and audiologists throughout Canada.

Kim graduated with her Masters of Science in audiology from Dalhousie University in 1997 and completed her Doctoral degree in audiology from Salus University in 2008. Kim is a SAC (Speech-Language and Audiology Canada ) certified audiologist and is a member of SAC, SHANS (Speech and hearing Association of Nova Scotia) and Sounds+.

Jillian is passionate about helping people take care of their hearing health. She enjoys being involved in the full process, from hearing protection, to identifying hearing loss, to fitting with amplification, to follow-up appointments, all to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Jillian graduated from Dalhousie University with her Masters of Science in Audiology. Upon graduating, she received the Alumni Prize from the School of Human Communication Disorders for Academic and Clinic Excellence in Audiology.

Jillian is a registered Audiologist with Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC), and the Nova Scotia College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (NSCASLP). 

Karlie was born in Nova Scotia and is happy to serve the areas she knows and loves. She is always willing to help with any questions you may have.

Karlie prides herself on her friendly, personable and outgoing attitude. She has a passion for helping people and has enjoyed learning about hearing aids and seeing how vital they are in improving our clients' quality of life.
