“The technician (Kesley?) was very polite, attentive, articulate. She was thorough in her audio test, and explained in detail the conclusions. Contrary to most family physicians, she took the time that was necessary, and did not make me feel rushed. Patient, smiling and empathic. That is for the audiology test. Now, once that is done, the next step concerns hearing aids. That's where you need to open your wallet wide, very wide.”
