Kali graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 2021 with a Hearing Aid Practitioner Diploma and prior to that, received a Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University in 2011. Kali is a licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner in Manitoba.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching hockey and spending time with her husband and two children.
