Once we found Lauren Robinson at Parksville Nexgen his problems were over. She is incredible. The pricing for a new model was very fair and competitive but the service has been unbelievable! This gal and the women who work with her are tenacious in understanding the specific issue he’s dealing with and willing to spend the time to analyze and fix what’s causing it or what will change his experience. Each time he’s had any issue, they get him in quickly and treat him like their most valuable client! Product is one thing but with a client-specific purchase like hearing aids, service is the most important element. Unfortunately it is becoming more difficult to hire, train and keep qualified interested service people everywhere. This office and company are excellent in both product and especially service! Please support them!”
