“I showed up for two appointments. Despite a card with that time and date on it I was told I was there on the wrong day. I rebooked. I showed up to my next appointment only to be told that the audiologist was not coming in. I see nothing but frustration dealing with this incompetent bunch.”
“I have been involved with Nexgen for approximately three years. I have been a client and also acted on behalf of my aging father or 92 years. The staff has exhibited patience with the elderly, and provides advice, education, and assistance in the selection and maintainance of your selected hearing device. I am extremely pleased with the hearing aid which has enabled me to enjoy conversation and television viewing like I have never experienced in recent years. To me , hearing loss was gradual and undetectable until I was introduced to what I was missing. I would like to thank Nexgen for giving me back the gift of hearing. ”
