Carly moved to Victoria in 2007 to attend the Medical Office Assistant program at Camosun College. Carly stumbled into hearing through the medical field while working for an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist where she worked reception and did hearing testing for 10 years.
Carly began the Hearing Instrument Practitioner program through MacEwan University in 2016 and became licensed in 2020.
Melissa Weaver,

Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Melissa graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 2013 and has been a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner since 2016.
Her love of music, recording and audio post-production led her to discover the world of hearing healthcare. The hearing care industry combines Melissa's love of technology with her eagerness to learn advancements that help improve the lives of others.
Maria Buckley
Client Service Administrator
Maria Buckley has worked with the public in customer service for many years.
Maria hopes to become a Hearing Instrument Practitioner in the future. She believes in making sure everyone leaves laughing or smiling on their way out the door.
