“Went into hearing life in Brandon this morning. All. I wanted was batteries and supplies as hearing aids bought there and service was always good. Today was terrible !Receptionist was rude and said no! Pointed to the sign on the door and said no appointments walk in only 1-2 every day Mon to Friday. I am from out of town and found this inconvenient. What has happened to your customer service. All she was doing was wrapping gifts it would have taken two minutes to be courteous and give customer service !!! Will look elsewhere for next service and hearing aids when needed. I will be sure to tell friends of rude service and inconvenience at this business.”

We provide this notice on the front door. We would be happy to serve you by appointment or during our walk-in times. However, we are now aware that you were from out of town. We offer free batteries, under our 360-AfterCare service, within the warranty period of the hearing aids and this can be fulfilled at any of our locations. We encourage drop-in visits between 1pm and 2pm to ensure you receive optimal service. Once the warranty has concluded, you can purchase batteries through our website, to be delivered to your home or from any of our clinics directly. We will continue to strive to meet the high standard of client care that HearingLife has set and we encourage you to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help. ”
