We offer free batteries, under our 360-AfterCare service, within the warranty period of the hearing aids and this can be fulfilled at any of our locations. We encourage drop-in visits between 1pm and 2pm to ensure you receive optimal service. Once the warranty has concluded, you can purchase batteries through our website, to be delivered to your home or from any of our clinics directly. We will continue to strive to meet the high standard of client care that HearingLife has set and we encourage you to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help. ”
