Katie Koebel began working in the hearing healthcare field with HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) in 2006. She later joined the Regional Management team in 2010. Katie primarily works with adult clients in a busy clinic, but also works alongside an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist providing hearing assessments for both pediatric and adult clients. Katie enjoys helping those with hearing needs improve their quality of life by providing unique treatment plans for each individual. Outside of clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.
Katie completed her master's degree in audiology from University of Western Ontario in 2008.
Susie Knox is passionate about her role in hearing healthcare and is proud to be a member of the HearingLife healthcare team. Susie earned a Bachelor of Arts in applied linguistics - speech and language sciences from Brock University in 2014. She later graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College.
Jennifer Santos is highly-skilled in her role. She provides clients with the most up-to-date information on our hearing care services, so they can receive the help they need. Jennifer welcomes clients into our clinic with a friendly and professional attitude and ensures they are comfortable upon every visit. She will be happy to assist you at our HearingLife - Cambridge Hespeler clinic.
